- The former headquarters of the N.Y.C. Board of Education has been converted to condominiums. The renovation was extensive and includes adding three floors to the higher wing (originally 11 floors) and extending the lower wing (originally 6 floors)to the original height of the higher wing. One side of the building was be demolished.
