Description
Architect: Cass Gilbert

The Site of Martha Stewart trial.

Design Work of the Thurgood Marshall United States Courthouse started in 1933, after he died in 1934, it was supervised by his son until it opened in 1936.

The six-storey base of the building is reminiscent of a Classical temple with its pilastered facades and colonnaded entrance.
