Description Architect: Emery Roth & Sons
Owner: Metropolitan Transit Authority
- The building originally had a 50's grey, checkerboard facade simular Jacob K. Javits Federal Building. In the mid 90's the building was recladded to a glass wall of alternate-sized glass panes of a blue-green tint.
