Description • Architect: Renaat Braem
• The tower was renovated in 2008. The number of apartments at each floor was decreased from four to two, turning the former social housing block in a luxury residential tower. The new design features an addition to the roof which was part of the initial design by original architect Renaat Braem but was never carried out.
