Description This will be the tallest building in Malmö's city center and the 2nd tallest in Scandinavia (after Turning Torso, also in Malmö). It will be situated right above Triangeln's new city tunnel station right between the backside of the Hilton and St Johannes Church. It will meet the demand for new office space in central Malmö. The triangular shape of the skyscraper is associated with the place Triangeln. Most floors will be 3m high, but each 4th floor will be as much as 4m high.
It will be more than twice taller than the existing Hilton nearby.
