Description
Architect: Eli Attia Architects
- Construction started in 1996, but only got to its 18th floor which might be turned into a hotel or residents.
- The tower was put on hold in 1998 due to disagreements with Mr. Azrieli and the City Hall. Financial Issues are not the reason for its status.
- The tower resumed construction in early 2006, after having been put on hold for over 8 years.
