Description Architect: Goshow Architects
- This is the first permanent dormitory of the City College of New York.
- Units are suites consisting of from two shared bedrooms to four single bedrooms. A few one bedroom apartments are included as well but are mostly reserved for faculty.
- Groundbreaking was May 5, 2005, and initial move-in was August 25, 2006.
- Built at the southeastern edge of the CCNY campus.
