Description Architect: Skidmore, Owings & Merrill
New facade architect: Ahuja Priya Architects
- Installation of a new glass envelope over the existing facade is in progress. The preceding cleaning of the concrete facade changed the building's color from a beige-like shade to a bright white.
- This building suffers structural problems, which create periods of mild but perceptible vibration throughout. Structural braces exist in several lines of windows to help keep the building stable.
- In 2005, several pieces of concrete fell from the tower portion's facade onto the tennis courts below, closing them permanently.
