Description Architect: William Pedersen (within John Carl Warnecke & Associates)
- This is City College's main building, housing its main (Cohen) library, its cafeteria, and more than one thousand classrooms. It is three blocks long.
- The "NAC" is almost universally despised by both students and staff, due mostly to its mazelike layout and high concentration of windowless rooms.
- This building replaced the Lewisohn Stadium, as well as a number of tenement buildings.
