• The Gateway Plaza includes three 34 story towers and six 7 and 6 story buildings. The Gateway Plaza started in 1983 and the whole complex was completed in 1985, the first complex built on Battery Park City.

• Located in 90 acre Battery Park City, a planned community at the southwestern tip of Manhattan. Battery Park City includes the World Financial Center, The Goldman Sachs World Headquarters, The New York Mercantile Exchange, and several Condominium/Apartment Building Complexes.
