A classic example of a mixed use building Xscape contains a 16 screen cinema, Bowling Alley, Health Club, Shops and most interestingly a real snow ski slope. On the front of the building there is a 31 sq ft LED TV screen, which broadcast adverts as well as images from the ski slope inside. At night the building is strikingly illuminated by blue neon lighting along the edge of its roofline. The building is also backlit by spotlights.
