Description The new towers KST(built) and KRT(proposed) might increase the demand for hotel guests in the future. But there are not many hotels in Kista. So KHT is meant to be built to solve this problem. It will be the first building in Scandinavia with a revolving top floor, the tallest hotel in Scandinavia and Scandinavia's 2nd tallest building (after Turning Torso in Malmö). It will be situated right by the Kista Galleria, close to the subway station, and thus create a skyline together with the other 2 skyscrapers where the hotel will be the dominating.
Part of the design is inspired by Kista Science Tower. At the ground floor will be a 5-story winter garden.
The hotel will be managed by a famous American hotel chain.
