Description Architect: Shreve Lamb and Harmon Associates
Tenant: Deutsche Bank
- The Deutsche Bank was heavily damaged in the September 11th attacks.
- It has been decided that it will be cheaper to demolish the Deutsche Bank building than repair it (Demolition work started in June of 2006).
It will become the fifth tallest building ever to be demolished; three of the four buildings above Deutsche Bank in that list were destroyed in the 9/11 Attacks.
- A 57 storey skyscraper is proposed for Deutsche Bank's site as part of the World Trade Center rebuilding plan. [http://www.skyscraperpage.com/cities/?buildingID=7804]
