Description
- The historic YWCA of Lansing was torn down on the south side of this site to make way for this public parking garage.
- The structure is retrofitted so it can support to more floors of office or residential space above the current garage.
- Part of this garage is reserved for workers of the adjacent Capitol View Building.
- The developer of this garage also developed the adjacent and adjoined Capitol View Building. The garage belongs to the City of Lansing for their parking system, while the developers get to use some of the parking for their building.
