• The "Wedding-cake" architecture resembles Stalins seven sisters in Moscow. Order of Defence minister Alexej Cepicka. The largest Stalinist architecture building in Prague.
• In the communist era, it is was used as a military headquarter. Part of it was a fallout shelter for 600 people, currently used as a staff clothes room. Since 2000, it is a National Monument.
