- This project will include a 200-space underground parking garage, plus a 10-story, 1,000-space parking garage on block to the east.

- If completed, this would be the tallest building in Texas outside of Houston and Dallas, and the tallest residential/hotel building in Texas.

- This building in planned to include a 250-room luxury hotel, and up to 350 apartments and condominiums.
