Description - The building (as of 2006) is the world headquarters for Verizon Communications.
- The tower holds primarily office space, but some of the upper floors contains telecommunications equipment.
- The building recieved a $260 million renovation between 2006 and 2007 which include recladding the tower in energy-efficient glass, new windows, an enlarged lobby, a landscaped plaza, and a sky lobby with cafe and WiFi access on the 23rd floor.
