Description Architect: Busby + Associates Architects (2000 renovation)
Building features include raised access floors with underfloor air and wiring plenum, a heat recovery system and a new façade and exterior air plenum complete with fibre optic lighting and a naturally ventilated, energy efficient, insulated perimeter plenum.
