Description • Architects: Carl-Friedrich Fischer & Horst von Bassewitz.

• Belonging to a Beer Company, Bavaria-Brauerei (Astra-Bier), it resembled the Silkeborghus, located in Silkeborg, Denmark. After demolished in 2005, it made place for the new Astra Hochhaus in same site.

• A thin base standing tower, which in 2005 as part of the redevelopment of the brewery site, should be rebuilt, but then was torn down because an underlying Siel the burdens allegedly had not resisted.
