Description
Architects: Fernando Parra Hernández
Developer: Miguel Alemán Valdés / Enrique Parra Hernández

Concrete structure covered with glass curtain facade and an composite art wall made with venezian mosaics. The building was damaged by the earthquakes of july of 1957 and september of 1985, repaired on 1960 but demolished on february of 1986 with explosives.
