Description Architects: Augusto H Álvarez & Juan Sordo Madaleno
Built as office's building and named 'Jena' still functional by years but on the 1957's earthquake receive some damages and was repaired months later, slowly recover their total funcional life as offices but new damages on 1985's earthquakes requires a total repair and new concept of facades, some years later was reinforced and renovated and transformed to hotel, the final demolition starts at the end of 2009 to build a new development by Santander Investments, but the site still unused.
