Description Architect: Nikken Sekkei
Structural: Taisei Corporation, Hazama Corporation, Shiraishi Kensetsu
- Incorporated into the base of this building is the Kotohira Shrine, originally constructed in 1660 by Takakazu Kyogoku. The gods enshrined within are meant to protect against the unlucky area southwest of Edo castle, where the shrine is located.
