Description
The complex will have a hotel with 435 room operated by Clarion, a concert hall and a congress hall.
The hotel will consist of 3 towers, of which the tallest one will have a skybar on the 25th floor. At he ground floor there will be stores, restaurants and cafés. It will be a new landmark at Hjälmarekajen, a harbour area close to the central station.
