Description Architect: Wou & Partners
The Long Beach World Trade Center was originally conceived as a massive complex of five towers, one reaching 650 feet. Unfortunately, only phase one's 30 storey tower and Hilton hotel were completed.
The current owners of the WTC property plan to build a second office tower and two 20+ storey residential structures.
