• This building is used as a residential hotel, often referred to as condohotel, or simply serviced apartments.
• Other wings will be added to the first wing over the next few years, three wings will be added. The whole project will be completed in 2016.
• Phase one was completed between 2004 - 2005, Phase two was completed between 2006 - 2007. Phases three and four are currently on hold.
