- Converted into luxury residences after 9/11 damage devalued the already outdated office building.
- 90 West Street was heavily damaged after the 9/11 attacks. The building is located right next door to the World Trade Center, a church once stood next door to the building, but the chuch was completely destroyed.
- When the World Trade Center Collapsed, the roof basicly peeled off, the base was destroyed, around 100 gargoyles were heavily damaged, a fire burned inside the building for three days and the facade chipped off.
