Description
Of the 22 buildings on the proposed site, 21 had been vacated and demolition had begun as of June 5th, 2006. The one remaining building was constructed using asbestos fireproofing, and as such demolition did not commence until after August. As of June, the building still appeared to be occupied. Because of this, the Station Plaza Tower began construction much later than the other two buildings in the Sunmark City development.
