- Architect: Smith/Barnes Architecture
- Developers: The Trump Organization/The Related Group of Florida/Mirabilis Ventures
- This was to be the tallest building in Tampa upon its completion.
- Construction was stopped in September of 2006 due to instabilities found in the soil. The plans where then effectively cancelled in 2007 due to slumping home sales, while the developers rework their plans.
