Description The unit count of 297 is for both buildings.
The two curved Park Lane buildings sit end to end and on top of a cark park for 350 cars. On one side is private space along the River Dodder and on the other is public space in Herbert Park. Together, they form the edge to Herbert Park.
The project, completed in 1998, has received the 'URBAN DESIGN AWARD' presented by the Irish Planning Institute.
