Description Part of a dense cluster of very tall residential skyscrapers including Carnegie Hall Tower and the Cityspire located Columbus Circle.
The Metropolitan Tower is on the same block as the Carnegie Hall Tower.
Of the three highrise towers; the Carnegie Hall tower is the only building entirely residential. The Metropolitan and Cityspire Towers both have office space at the bottom and residential above.
