Description On April 21, 1999 NATO airstrikes hit this building, setting the upper floors on fire. The building was reconstructed in 2005. The building was 105m tall before a couple of floors for an observation deck were added during reconstruction. Main tenant is Hypo bank which has also installed a light ad on the antenna column.
