Description - Dimensions: 38.40m x 80.47m
- The building was purchased by the City of Jackson in 2004 for $300,000 for temporary use as a city hall. Unable to find new tenants for the building after the City of Jackson moved into its new city hall at 163 West Michigan Avenue, it was deconstructed in 2013 at a cost of $2.29 million.
