- The building was completed in 1926 as the Reynolds Building as the headquarters for W.R. Reynolds and Company, a leading Jackson-area real estate and insurance agencies.
- After it's purchase in 2003 by Tim and Donna Blake, the building underwent a renovation which included the upgrade of all mechanical equipment and office space, and converting some of the former office space to residential usage.
