Complex of 3 adjacent buildings with 16 floors (Main, 13 residential, services, mechanical) The original modern facade was covered with marcolite panels, were totally replaced on the remodeling of 1980, a couple years later was reinforced into their foundations but was damaged on 85's earthquakes, on 1987 was reinforced for stabilization purposes with big new columns.
