Description -Architect: Mario Pani Darqui / Ricardo de Robina
-Complex of 3 adjacent buildings with 16 floors (Main, 13 residential, services, mechanical) The original modern facade projected on 1957 was covered with marcolite panels, was totally replaced on the renovation of 1980, a couple years later was reinforced into their foundations but was damaged on 85's earthquakes, on 1989 was reinforced for stabilization purposes with big new structure.
-The elevators only open every three floors (3,6,9,12).
