-Complex of 3 adjacent buildings with 16 floors (Main, 13 residential, services, mechanical) The original modern facade projected on 1957 was covered with marcolite panels, damaged on the 1979 earthquake was repaired and renovated on 1980, some years later was reinforced into their foundations but was damaged again on 85's earthquakes, the government consider their demolition but in 1986 was reinforced with big new columns & foundations.
-The elevators only open every three floors (3,6,9,12).
