Originally built with 16 floors (Main, 13 residential, services, mechanical) The original facade was covered with marcolite panels that were totally replaced on the renovation of 1972, a decade later was reinforced into their foundations but was seriously damaged on 85's earthquakes, was destroyed with explosives one year after.
