Quote from developer:
Near the water’s edge in the heart of Victoria, Shutters Spa & Residences continues the Westbank tradition of quality developments of bold and distinctive design. Designed by James Cheng, this 190 unit residential development introduces resort lifestyle living into a contemporary luxury condominium setting, epitomized by abundant landscaping, lagoons and architectural features, such as a two-storey waterfall and porte-cochere, exposed elevators and spa amenities, such as an outdoor lap pool, sundeck and whirlpool. Access to the units is via outdoor walkways and bridges. Five luxury townhouse villas have direct street access and private decks off of the lagoon. Comprised of two curvilinear buildings of 6 & 9 storeys, this residential development is destined to become a future architectural landmark.
