Description Architect: Santiago Calatrava.
The tower is composed of a base and twelve 45 x 45 x 45 ft cubes rising along the tower's core. The lowest two cubes will house commercial space, while the higher cubes will each contain one to four apartments.
Residential units in the building were advertised as starting at $29 million USD (2005).
