Analysis of stability and structural safety on 2011: Ingeniería y Construciones Vargas, S.A. de C.V.
-The original modern facade projected on 1957 was a cover made with marcolite blades (east & west) & Blue Venetian mosaics (Facades north & South), was replaced on the renovation of 1980, a couple years later was reinforced into their foundations but was damaged on 85's earthquakes, on 1987 was strongly reinforced with a new structure who cover the old one.
