Originally built on the 80's with 17 floors, was acquired by Hines on the 90's, who makes a renovation in 1998 increasing 4 floors & changing facade from precast concrete with bronze-colored mirrors to a curve coverage of aluminium & blue mirrors designed by AM Stern.
