Description
Architect: Shimizu Corporation

- Designed to demonstrate the feasibility of a tall habitable building structure in an area vulnerable to strong earthquakes and typhoons.

- The design is of 3 parts divided by sloped setbacks. The plan was an 8-pointed star with X-braces at the corners on the lower part.

- It has a large heliport atop, supported by a trussed structure at the tower's spire.
