The southern tower includes office (17-30), hotel (31-51), a revolving restaurant on the top and 7-storey podium including recreation facilities restaurants, shopping center, conference hall and exhibition area). The Building enjoys a bright shape, graceful and magnificent, character, with distinctive feature of time.
