- 500 North Central was the world's first highrise to be built in with a McDonald's drive-through.

- Along with a McDonald's drive-through, 500 North Central also includes a five-plex movie theatre.

- The groundbreaking ceremony was held January 16, 1989, construction lasted from 1989 to 1991.
