Description
Architect: Romaldo Giurgola

The drawing does not meet it's official height on the diagram as it has to compensate for the angle of the forecourt at the NorthEast Side of Capital Hill.
The official measurment starts where the columns of the facade meets the red forecourt.
The reason for the difference in height is that the concrete walls travel down at an angle with the grass at either side of the building, the forecourt is also at an angle.
