• Site Area: 5000m².
• This was the largest only residential building in São Paulo upon its completation, as Mandarim is the biggest in city now. Each floor contains only one residential unit of 900m² including 5 suites, 5 Resting rooms, home-theater and 8 units in garage per apartment. The penthouse has 1500m². The first residential building in SP city with heating system in whole floor. The volume of Concrete used is 10600m³.
