- The Project is three years behind schedule, it was supposed to open in 2002. The last completion date was summer 2005 but now it is uncertian due to all the problems with the building.
- Because of the problems the buildings delays have cost $14 million. Some of the problems are Sloping floors need repairs, Graffiti on walls, some and windows leak.
