Architect: Mario Pani Darqui / Ricardo de Robina
The original facade was covered with marcolite panels that were totally replaced onthe remodelation of 1980, a couple years later was reinforced into their foundations but was damaged on 85's earthquakes. Was repaired & reinforced again on the 90's
