Analysis of stability and structural safety on 2011: Ingeniería y Construciones Vargas, S.A. de C.V.
The original modern facade projected on 1957 was a cover of marcolite blades with glass(east & west) & Blue Venetian mosaics (Facades north & South), was replaced on the renovation of 1972, some years later was reinforced into their foundations but was damaged on 1979 & 1985's earthquakes, on 1989 was strongly reinforced with a new structure who cover the old one.
