Description
Architects:
• Mario Pani Darqui
• Ricardo De Robina

Developer: The Federal Government

Development: through the Banco Nacional de Obras y Servicios Publicos (BANOBRAS)
Main Constructor: Ingenieros Civiles Asociados (ICA)
Analysis of stability and structural safety on 2011: Ingeniería y Construciones Vargas, S.A. de C.V.

The original modern facade projected on 1957 was a cover of marcolite blades with glass(east & west) & Blue Venetian mosaics (Facades north & South), was replaced on the renovation of 1972, some years later was reinforced into their foundations but was damaged on 1979 & 1985's earthquakes, on 1989 was strongly reinforced with a new structure who cover the old one.

Info Warning: the source of building's heights says current are 65.8 meters tall, but that info is impossible for 24 floors (each level had at least 2.4m. free height but each retircular floor is at least 0.4 m. thick), main floor had more than 4.00 meters free height, 2 levels of penthouse and the height of machinery rooms at top makes impossible to consider precise his data.
