- The building was originally constructed as the Fisher Arcade. It was purchased by the Sanders Confectionery in 1948 and became a ice cream parlor and baked goods and candy store.

- The vacant building began renovation in late 2016 and reopened in 2019, and includes ground floor retail and office space above.
